Winter and Summer Activities: Tubing

Open the mountain to guests during both winter and off-season (May-October) with Tubing (as seen in Austria and Germany a lot), turning the currently guest-free off-season into a light secondary revenue stream and have another stream of revenue for the (non) skiers in the winter.
