Trail detailing has positive impacts

To put more emphasis on adding in things like trail signs, netting, shaping, etc onto trails, I think it would be good if it would have some positive impacts like increased reputation or a safety rating.

That would ensure that you need to spend more time per trail and extend gameplay runtime, have more things to do that don't cost as much instead of just waiting/speeding up time.

Essentially, what I'm trying to get across is, currently the game incentivises expanding the resort/more trails over all else, which doesn't scale well over multiple seasons in my opinion.
