Summer and Winter Activities: Zipline

Open the mountain to guests during both winter and off-season (May-October) with a zipline (as seen in Austria and Germany a lot), turning the currently guest-free off-season into a light secondary revenue stream and have another stream of revenue for the (non) skiers.
