Snowplowing Resort Area Paths

During BETA play I’ve noticed the maintenance crew will come out and make an attempt to plow small paths around the resort/village area; however, it seems to be completely random and never properly executed. Maybe it could be possible to assign specific duties to these workers ie one worker will always keep the snow cleared from the resort area (properly) while others will plow the slopes and others can maintain equipment etc? Keep up the great work!
