Real Resort to build on

Not sure if this is in already. But maybe taking over a mountain you know and love and being responsible for its growth/ expansion. Maybe there are lines, lift upgrades, new lifts, more housing etc. that you have been wanting at your favorite resort, now you have the ability to do so.
