Quick-build palette / hotbar

Problem: Each time I build, I must open the Build menu and find the item again. This is slow when I build a snow park, place lights, or decorate the village, because I switch between a few items many times.

Request: A quick-build palette or hotbar.

• Pin frequently used items (e.g. 1-9 slots or a radial menu).

• Auto-fill with recently built items.

• Switch items with one click or one key, without leaving build mode.
