Heavy Wind in Higher regions

I believe It would be a super cool function if there is higher Wind Speed in Higher regions which could force Lifts to Close, kinda Like It Happens in real Life too. And maybe for later Options to also build funitels or other Wind stable Lifts which can operate with Higher Wind Speeds.
