Fixed grip and detach lifts

Having explicit fixed vs detach lifts would be awesome.

Opens up new game play as well.

Fixed are alot cheaper, detach are more expensive but move faster.

Also if you place a fixed grip in a beginner area unless it runs slow your going get more injuries on load and unloads
