Extra options in a potential Sandbox mode

Sandbox should have settings like chance of snow or when you want it to snow, and how much. You could also have the amount of guests that are trying to visit the resort. There could be other things such as changing their tolerance for things like lines. Also temperature would be something cool to add for this.
