Add Sun Peaks Ski Resort (British Colombia)

You could either add it how it is in the 2nd image, where its a bit smaller. Or you can add it how it is in the first image to have more imagination to build. (maybe 2 versions so if the bigger one is too laggy, you can play the smaller one since I wouldnt want the scale of the parts of the resort to be smaller just cause the rest of the map is bigger).
