Add explanation of village zones

I have played through the demo a few times, its not immediately clear to me the impact of the zones around placed buildings.

I experimented with several small villages, and 1 large village.

It felt to me guests would walk much further distances, sometimes up or down slopes inside the village area rather than to ski
